Mr. Stephens,*I’m writing to you as an overpayment was made in error to AT&T in the amount of $*,***.** on ********** I’ve gotten a complete run around and still don’t have the overpayment money. They did take out a monthy payment without our permission. The refund check is now for $*,***.**.**A claim was put in on ******* Claim Number ******* for a refund*********** First I was told that the money would be back in my account in *-* business days – never happened!*********** Spoke with Collection Dept, they said to date refund has not been reimbursed, I then requested to speak to a supervisor and spoke with Demetra, Supervisor ZMJQR* she said refunds take ** days due to the amount it was be in check form (not helpful and very rude) – still no check!********* Spoke with Mark, he said the check would be in my bank on Jan *th as an electronic transfer* then he said a check would be issued and sent by Friday – still no check!********** Spoke with Angel, she said the check is has not been mailed, Reference No. **********, claims we need to wait *-** business days again… - still no check!**This has been a complete nightmare for my mom (she is ** years old), I am her daughter responding on behalf of my mom, and feel this entire process has been completely unacceptable! We’ve encountered rude customer service, lies each time we called and the unwillingness to resolve this issue in a timely manner.**Please send me the tracking number, when the check is sent and the carrier.
