Look for the search feature icon at the top of the AT&T homepage. It's in the shape of a small magnifying glass to the right of "AT&T."
Click on the magnifying glass icon, which will open the search feature. You'll see a horizontal rounded search bar that says "I'm looking for..." with a list of direct links below it.
Click on the horizontal search box, which allows your phone's keyboard to appear from the bottom.
