AT&T is the world's largest telecommunications company. The organization was founded in 1983 and maintains headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Clients can purchase services and plans from AT&T for their phones (landlines and mobile), televisions, and the Internet and Wi-Fi.

If you need to get in touch with AT&T's corporate office regarding a legal matter, follow the steps outlined below:

Note that AT&T has an arbitration provision that is meant to allow customers to settle disputes as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Customers are highly encouraged to handle disputes outside of legal courts. AT&T encourages all customers to first contact the AT&T customer care team to resolve a dispute. You can contact the AT&T customer care team via phone or via email.

If you're unhappy with the response from the AT&T customer care team, you can move on to the first step of filing a legal dispute with AT&T. AT&T states that in the event a client's dispute is not settled with their customer care team, it will move onto binding arbitration or small-claims court instead of courts of general jurisdiction. Arbitrators can award the same relief and damages that a court can.

File a Notice of Dispute Via Mail

  1. Go to this link on the AT&T website.

  2. Scroll to the middle of the page and under the 'Forms' section, click on the 'Notice of Dispute' form.

  3. Fill out this form with the account holder's name, the account number, your phone number, email, and billing address. Make sure to sign and date the form.

  4. Next, under the 'Forms' section, click on the 'Arbitration Initiation Form.'

  5. Fill out this form with your personal information, your attorney's information, how much money you believe you're owed, and if you desire any non-monetary outcome.

  6. Attach any additional documents you wish to include to solidify your claim. This is your first chance to make your dispute clear so make sure to provide as many details and as much evidence as possible.

  7. Mail both of these forms to Office for Dispute Resolution, AT&T, 1025 Lenox Park Blvd., Atlanta, GA, 30319.

  8. Wait to receive a response from AT&T to see if your dispute has been processed. It will likely take several business days to a couple of weeks after AT&T has received your dispute for them to process it and respond. AT&T may contact you or your attorney if you provided your attorney's contact information.
