To redeem your Verizon Dollars, sign into your account on the My Verizon app or website. Tap or click on "Verizon Visa Card," and then select "Redeem". Then, you can use your Verizon Dollars for your Verizon Wireless bill, towards a new device, or for other eligible Verizon purchases. Keep in mind, Verizon Dollars are not transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 24 months of being earned or they will expire. So, ensure you use them to enjoy your Verizon services.

How do I get phone and text records

To obtain phone and text records from Verizon, you can access your My Verizon account online. Go to the 'Account' section and choose 'Bill', you will then be directed to 'View Bill Details'. Go to 'Calls & Messages', select the line of service and choose the month to display the usage details. If you need records beyond the time Verizon allows for online access, you will need to contact Verizon's customer service directly to request for them. The documents provided will show details of the date, time, and duration of the calls or text messages. Please remember that the content of the texts will not be included as it is private.

Need my new phone network unlocked

To unlock your new Verizon phone for use with another network, you'll be happy to know that Verizon does not generally lock most of their phones. However, prepaid and certain exclusive devices may come locked. After sixty days of the initial activation, these locked devices are automatically unlocked. If your device is not automatically unlocked and you're still having trouble making the switch to another carrier, your best course of action is to contact Verizon directly because of some specific requirements or exceptions that might be in place. Please remember, not all devices are compatible with all networks, especially when changing from CDMA (like Verizon) to GSM networks.
