Click on the "Fix mobile issues" box to go to a page that says "Let's start troubleshooting" at the top.
Browse the troubleshooting page to locate the box that mentions the device type that you need help with. You'll find the boxes below the search box that says "Search by brand or product model."
Click on the box when you find it. For example, if you need assistance with your watch, click on the "Watches" box.
Browse the list of specific devices to find the name of yours. For instance, if you need help with a watch and you have an Apple Watch Ultra 2, you would click on the first option in the "Watches" list.
