Resetting Password

Online

1. Open Verizon's website on your computer.
2. Click "Sign In" at the top of your screen.
3. Select "My Account."
4. Click "Forgot your info?"
5. Enter your User ID or Mobile Number.
6. Click "Continue."
7. Enter your Zip Code and click "Continue."
8. Select how you want a password reset link sent to you.
9. Click "Send Password."
10. The method you requested your password reset information be sent to you will determine the way you update your password and how quickly you can update it.

2. Your password needs to be between 8-20 characters.
