Contacting the Support Team

There are lots of ways to contact Verizon if you need help. Whichever option you choose, the support agents are friendly and supportive. They will direct you to the best possible help.

The best way to contact Verizon is on the phone. You will be connected with a customer support representative that can help you. They will ask about the challenges you have experienced and the type of help you hope to get. If the support agents ask for any information, try to avail it as soon as you can. Alternatively, you may speak to the support representatives on live chat.

Consider seeking support on Twitter if you don't wish to speak directly with a support agent. Since it is a public platform, the customer care agents are likely to get back to you fast. The support agents may not always give you support on Twitter. They may direct you to contact them on the phone.

Use the Verizon help desk to seek support if you need it. It is the first support alternative for most Verizon users. It covers plenty of issue-specific topics and questions. If the support agents can't help you on the phone, they may direct you to continue communication on the phone.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Verizon Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Verizon in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Update Information in My Verizon Account? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible.
