Start by opening a web browser on your computer, tablet, or phone and going to the Verizon website. On the homepage, click the “Sign In” button located at the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear with several options: Account Overview, Pay Bill, Make a one-time payment, Register, and Business Log in. In order to view your account online, you will first need to register your service. After clicking “Register,” a page will display asking which service you would like to register for. Choices include: Mobile, 5G Home Internet, Fios Home Internet, and Prepaid Mobile. Click your current service.
Choosing Mobile, home internet, or Fios Home Internet will take you to a page where you can create your profile. Enter the email address you want to use with this account, then create a strong password. Your password must be 8 to 20 characters long, include at least 1 letter, and 1 number. Re-enter your password, agree to the terms, then click “Continue.” Next, verify your email to create your account.

If you have a Verizon Fios business account, then click “Business Log in” from the drop-down menu. After entering your user ID and password, click “Manage my business.”
If you forgot your credentials, don’t worry. This information is easy to retrieve.
To reset your password, click “Account overview,” then “Forgot user ID or password.” Enter your user ID or phone number. If you are a home customer, then enter your user ID. Click the link sent to your email or texted to your phone to reset your password.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
