You are a Verizon FiOS customer and every month you receive your bill outlining your payments and subscription. However, if you could review your billing options, access historic bills, and change your settings online your experience would be greatly improved.

Fortunately, all of this is possible through the Verizon FiOS app or website. Here's how.

Download the app:

If you have a Verizon FiOS account one of the quickest ways to regularly access your bill or settings is through the My FiOS mobile app.

To download the app either search 'My FiOS' in your mobile app store or access the Verizon website on your mobile phone and click the 'My FiOS Account App' link at the bottom of the home page.

Once you have installed the app on your device you can use your login details to sign in.

Sign in to My Verizon:

If you would prefer to manage your bills and settings through your web browser then you can do so through the My Verizon website.

You can use your user ID and password to sign in online.

If you have forgotten your user ID or password you can simply reset your sign in details by clicking on the 'forgot your info' link and following the instructions.

Access your account settings:

Once you have successfully logged in to either the My FiOS app or the My Verizon website you should be able to see a navigation tab that will help you navigate your account settings.

On the My Verizon website, this the navigation tab will be displayed across the top of your screen and you should see options such as 'my plan & services' and 'my devices'.

If you are using the My Fios app you can scroll through your options or use the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen to select the setting option you are searching for.

View your bill:

If you have logged in to the My Verizon website the navigation bar with the 'my billing & usage' tab should be visible. Once you have selected this option your most recent bill summary will appear.

To view historic bills you can select the 'payment history' link on the right-hand side of the page.

If you are using the My FiOS app you can pay your bill through the 'pay my bill' option or view your current and past bills by selecting the 'my bills' tab from the bottom of the page.
