1. Open the My Verizon app on your phone or log in to your Verizon account from a browser
2. On the menu to your right, click on My Plans & Services.
3. Click on the tab labeled Manage Verizon Family Safeguard &Controls.
4. A page rolls out and on the list, find and click on the tab labeled View & Manage Dashboard.
5. Click on the Settings then follow to press on the Nicknames & Roles.
6. Enter the name of the person you intend to add then their role from the drop-down menu.
7. At the bottom, click on Save my changes.

Follow the procedure below to add an account manager on your Verizon Fios account;
1. Visit the My Verizon app on your phone or log in to your account from the Verizon website
2. Click on the profile tab on the menu box to your right
3. A menu appears on your screen, tap on the labeled account manager
4. The app prompts you to set a password for your billing account in case you do not already have one. The password is necessary for the account manager to operate the account. If you already have one, fill it in.
5. Proceed to fill in the two names of the person you intend to add as your account manager, as well as the person's email address.
6. If the account manager's number is among the numbers on your account, select it from the drop-down menu that appears on your screen. If the account manager's number is not in your account, scroll down on the drop-down menu and select the tab labeled No Number on Account.
7. Press on add at the bottom of the page.
8. Verizon requires you to review the terms and conditions of adding an account manager. You can only proceed if you accept to them; click on agree after you go through the terms.
9. The next step is to verify that, indeed, the owner is the one making changes in the account. Therefore, it prompts you to enter either your email address or your phone number. After a short while, you will receive a confirmation code.
