To sign in to your account, enter your user ID or mobile number and tap Continue. If you forgot your login credentials, just tap on Forgot User ID and Password and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
If you also have a Verizon mobile account, you can manage both your Fios and mobile on My Verizon. You can also have a single ID for both your Fios and mobile accounts.
You need to scroll to Sub Accounts and tap Add Sub Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to add new users to your Verizon Fios account successfully. Once they're added, these users now have access to a wide array of content from Fios. They can view content on their mobile phones, laptops, Fios TV set-top boxes, and even DVRs. Sub account users can also order pay-per-view programs and video on demand from Fios, and you'll be able to see their activities.
To manage additional users, simply tap Edit to make changes.
Note that besides having the ability to add up to 9 users to your Verizon Fios account, you can also transfer ownership of your Fios account to someone else. To do this, you will have to call Verizon Fios directly. It's also important that both you and the new account holder contact Fios together. Both of you must be on the phone until the ownership transfer is completed. After the transfer, all bills will be transferred to the new owner, and current charges will be paid by the previous account holder. Both owners must also agree to these terms before Verizon finalizes the transfer of ownership.
Were you able to add new users to your Verizon Fios account? If you are still having problems, do not hesitate to get in touch with Customer Support for further assistance. Fios account holders who want to transfer ownership of their accounts can still keep their Verizon.net email accounts, and also have the option to keep their Broadband Essentials and other services, or opt to disconnect them instead. For the new holder, do not cancel a bundled service if you have a term agreement, or you will pay a fee. Still have questions? Contact Support today.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers.
