Account members are not responsible for paying the account's bills. However, they are able to make a payment if they wish to do so.Account members can typically check on the account's data, voice, and text usage, though this can vary depending on the kind of plan your account has.You can make a new authorized user into an account manager, if you wish. Account managers can do anything the account owner can do, including making purchases on the account, except for changing the billing password. Your account can have up to three account managers at a time.Only the account owner can add new members or new account managers to the account.

If not, select No Line Assigned. You can always assign a line to them later, if you wish, but they are not required to have one to be an account manager.
Adding either a new account member or account manager is a fairly straightforward process. However, if anything goes wrong, call a Verizon customer service representative for help. The customer service center is open on weekdays from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm EST and on weekends from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST. It might be best to call during normal business hours, though, if possible, because people from other departments might be needed to solve the problem.
