Head to the AT&T website.
Look for the three horizontal lines that represent the AT&T menu. You'll find them in the upper-left corner of AT&T's homepage.

Find the "Support" section, which should be the last one in the AT&T menu.
Look for the "Bill & account" link within the "Support" section.
Click on the "Bill & account" line to open the sub-menu of the same name.
Look for the "Bill & payments" section in the "Bill & account" sub-menu. It should be the first section directly below the header.
Find the "Set up and manage AutoPay" line within the "Bill & payments" section in the "Bill & account" sub-menu.
Click on the "Set up and manage AutoPay" line to go to the AT&T sign-in page.
On the AT&T sign-in page, you'll enter your User ID. Click the blue-and-white "Continue" button, which will take you to another page to fill in your password. After entering it, you can choose to check the "Keep me signed in" box or leave it unchecked. When you're done, click the blue-and-white "Sign in" button to log into your account.
