We have had a billing issue with ATT for years. Trying to improve credit and your answer is to change it to a charge off. ***-***-**** had a second account of ***-***-**** which had a fax secondary ring number of ***-***-****. ATT began to charge us **.** for this *.** secondary ring. I then went to store to complain and ATT agreed to refund me ***.**. I was instead billed **.** and cancelled numbers. ATT refused to correct issue and sent to collection. I have urgent need for this issue to be resolved and corrected. My attorney is in receipt of your arbitration procedures.
