I have called customer service at AT&T*since *am. I have been trying resolve an issue that has prevented me you use my mobile device. I have been transferred over ** times disconnected * times and no one cares to resolve my issue. I had this problem for over * weeks. But come “bill due time” you guys expect payment immediately if not it’s disconnection time- but when I have an issue it’s lets play and toss her around a call service center? This is ridiculous! Over * hours have been wasted in trying to get my mobile device to work only to have you guys continuously transfer me WITHOUT resolution!!
