Trying to return an item to Amazon received this week. Phoned an American voice this afternoon. She set the return in progress, organised Hermes to collect it from my home tomorrow, promised to send me on email the label I require. Still have no label. How can I get an address label to return this item?

GetHuman-hawkeswo did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
