Amazon's Return Policy

For the most part, you can return any Amazon item for a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of delivery. However, pharmacy items, grocery items, downloaded software, apps, videos, music, gift cards, flammable liquids, live plants, pet food, tickets, and Amazon Luna items are not eligible for return. You can return Amazon Renewed items, baby products, and items purchased from your Amazon Birthday Gift List or Custom Gift List for a refund within 90 days. You have 100 days for mattress returns. You have 180 days to return wedding registry items. You have 365 days to return Amazon Elements, Wickedly Prime, Mama Bear, Happy Belly, and Presto purchases. The normal return window is usually extended during the holidays. Items that are covered by warranties have their own return windows spelled out in those warranties.

All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Certain items, such as video games, DVDs, and CDs, must be in their original, unopened packages.

If you return your purchase outside the return window in its original condition, you can still get a refund of 80% of the original price. If you return a DVD, CD, VHS tape, record, or cassette after opening the package, you can only get a 50% refund. If your return is damaged or used, your refund will be 50% of the original price or less.
