How Do I Report an Issue with Amazon Delivery?

To report an issue with your Amazon delivery, log in to your account and choose the item you want help with. But before doing this, make sure you have tracked your package and you have real-time updates on the order. You can track your package by logging in to your account and going to Your Orders. Just click Select Package located on the right side of the order to view the updates.

How to Track Your Order

Before contacting Amazon regarding a delivery, it's recommended to Track Your Package first to see updated information regarding your item. Follow the steps below to track your orders with Amazon.

1. Go to the Amazon website and log in to your account.

2. Go to the Your Orders and look for the order you want to track.

3. Hit Select Package located right next to your order.

4. Tap See All Updates to view updates regarding your items.

Depending on the delivery method you choose, it may not be possible to see updated information regarding your order. In most cases, you'll find real-time updates on your order including where the shipper is located at the moment. However, keep in mind that standard international deliveries aren't trackable. If the estimated delivery has passed, allow up to two days for the package to be delivered. If you have other issues with deliveries, contact Amazon Customer Support.

How to Find a Missing Package

If you see Delivered in the order update but you still don't have the item yet, verify the address located on your order or contact the carrier directly. You may also check with your neighbors if they have received the package. Also, keep in mind that some carriers will deliver your package until 10 p.m. If you have other mailboxes, make sure you check them as well.
