I ordered a dresser on Amazon and it was supposed to arrive on ****. It is now ***** and the order page doesn't allow me to refund*cancel*address the order. It's just stuck. I want to be able to refund the order, but my only option is to return it. Problem is...I don't have it!

You have to call them as they are the only ones who can refund the order once it has been lost in transit.
