I am unable to have any transaction to buy anything from Amazon which I have been carrying on smoothly without any hassle so far. Problem arose when at the tail end of the last transaction during the payment process a security question was posed seeking to type the expiry date of a debit card which has long been replaced by the bank with a fresh card. as I am unable to give the expiry date the transaction is not proceeding and wants me to approach the customer service which I tried several times but in vain.

When I try to make payment, Amazon as a security question seeks the expiry date of my HDFC Bank debid card. The card which had magnetic swipe has since been replaced by the bank with another card with chip. I don't have the old card and I do not remember the expiry date of the same. I'm unable to do any transaction with Amazon. Please resolve

I tried to contact Amazon customer care. I am unable to reach them. Only 'sandisc' number is getting through, but they refuse take this call and directed me to call the customer service number. As usual even that number is not reachable.
