I am locked out of my account because I received an email that an unauthroized party has access to my account. This is false, the person using my account is me. I contacted amazon yesterday because of an order for a google play gift card that didnt go through. Now I am locked out of my account. When I try to reset my password it asks for my email then my billing zip code. I know my billing zip code is correct I have lived in the same place for years but amazon is rejecting my answer. please help me restore my account. thank you.
