I have placed an order for A** Samsung Mobile, with ***% advance payment of Rs **,***.**.*Order No. is ********** ******* dated **th Oct, ****.*This order was supposed to be delivered within ** Hrs as per commitment. I am here at the given address and Your office has not attempted any delivery but sending a message that delivery attempted but failed. This is rediculous. I want my phone to be delivered before * PM today OR my money refunded before the day end. I got a call from your office yesterday and this woman has assured me for delivery this morning but it looks like you have no value for time and your commitments. I am Naresh Sharma from Delhi and My contact No. is **********. Will expect a call from you soon.
