We are trying to help our customers! They can't stream Amazon. Have been able to in the past BUT not for the past couple of weeks. SEE THE WORK ORDER ***********. ... We are Excel Wireless LLC an WISP in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. We have several wireless customers who can no longer stream Amazon. Our Ticket * with you is **********. This is your issue, we believe. We are thinking the ip addresses may be blacklisted. Could you verify why our customers are having problems streaming Amazon?

NO ONE AT AMAZON SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO HELP!

WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING - MUCH CERTIFICATION AND ALSO HAVE ENGINEER AT OUR DATA CENTER TRYING TO FIX. BUT AMAZON NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE OUR IP ADDRESSES ARE LOCATED IN EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, MISSOURI, NOT SOMEWHERE OVERSEAS!!!!!!!
