Purchaced a pair of binoculars from Amazon. They arrived, and the optics were damaged on arrival, blurry to look through. Contacted the seller, and explained the situation.*He responded immediatley, and assured me he would send me another pair. I waited until I received a notice from Amazon that they were canceling my service request because the seller assured them the problem had been resolved. As soon as I got the e-mail from Amazon, I contacted the seller again and made him aware that the problem had not been resolved and that I expected a new pair of binoculars. He has not responded.
