I ordered some brass electrical plates for work. I used my business VISA for the purchase. My accountant did not recognize the charges and did not consult with me and disputed the charges. I have received numerous charge-back alerts, for whioch I have followed the instructions to fax the required information, including a credit card to charge. None of the attempts have worked. There is still a hold on my account. I called the ***-***-**** this morning and talked to a CSR who took the information and was going to forward it to another department. All I want to do is pay for these brass plates and get this resolved! It's been dragging on since March. The order numbers are as follows:***-******-******* and ***-*******-*******.
