On the *th i placed orders with Amazon Order number ***-*******-******* and order ***-*******-******* the amount ****.**THB and *****.**THB for my University books ,directly after my purchase transaction the amount of ****.**THB was deducted from my account ,but not the *****.**THB,Amazon requested verification on my bank and card details that was uploaded to their secure server yesterday ,because they blocked my account,i received a message via e-mail that my account was reinstated and my order are showing ,this morning the amount of ****.** was deducted from my account at **:**,ref:order ****-*******-*******,i contacted my bank cyber division ,no problem from my side ,i have send email replies to the messages received ,and only returned unaswered,on my account Amazon website ,i have no way to send messages or get help to resolve the issue ,i confirmed that the problem is not from my bank side but from Amazon ,i do not want to reorder and do payment again ,because the orders are showing on my account ,but i can get no reply or confirmation ,i require urgent assistance
