We are a company that uses Amazon Prime for almost all our purchases. We ordered some items that we thought we needed for our new office space but it turns out items were already purchased for us without us knowing. We are settled into our new space now and I sat down to return these unopened items and realized, because of the moving time frame, that we missed the return date! I'm hoping an exception can be made for an extended return date since we are such good customers!!!
