YOU guys created the issue with ZERO evidence of any problem on my end. TIMELINE of EVENTS: ** - Someone there BROKE my login. ** - Not knowing this I tried repeatedly to Log In. ** - After *-* tries I did a PW reset and logged in ** - I thoroughly checked my account for anything I didn't do and found NO ISSUES. ** - I then made a purchase of Dawn and various Indian foods. ** - THEN I saw notifications in mt email about each log in attempt. - which I ignored as it was well after I have fixed the issue and made the order. ** - Then some hours later I was AGAIN blocked by you!!! ** - THEN I spent about an hour total of a few phone calls answering every question and explaining all I was asked and the ASST admitted I gort it all correct. BUT NOW I am being told this: An "Account Specialist" will contact me BY PHONE. Problem is, if they don't happen to catch me at home than I can not call them back. They won't talk to my wife. They won't call on my scheduled. So if they don't happen to catch me (VERY likely) then I am out of luck for how much longer???This is absurd ESPECIALLY since I fixed the password that YOU broke and made an order. That you are apparently sending!?!
