Unless I give it access to everything on my phone it's not going to happen!* Again I pay for voicemail voicemail voicemail voicemail voicemail is a recording of someone's voice the visual voicemail I'm not interested in in the least bit I have tried it over and over again it never works the translation is worthless you can never understand anything it says it's never right I tried it for nearly a year with Sprint I never got one message I can understand then the crazy thing has access to my personal items on the phone and I'm not interested in that I paid for voicemail I want to know what I've got to do to get voicemail.* that is very important in the fact that the phone I'm paying you for has not worked one day at my house even though you continue to tell me it should I've had it to the store had it looked at three times they keep telling me the same thing there's nothing wrong with it I have a strong signal at my house I've even invested $*,*** in your recommended Wilson brand cell phone amplifier for my home the signal is very strong the internet works fantastic the cell phone part of it it doesn't matter if it's an incoming call or an out going call this stupid thing hangs up and ** to ** seconds every time as long as I'm working under this Tower here if I go somewhere else the phone will work fine when I come back home after being connected to another Tower it will work for one phone call it doesn't matter if it's ** minutes or ** hours it works flawlessly that one time after it's connected to this Tower again then it does it again the second call will cut off in ** seconds it's not dropping the calls it's hanging up it's disconnecting I have asked about this repeatedly I have had the service since the first week of August and still have no phone service at my home because of it* Then to go along with it I have got a hundred messages from people that tell me they've left me voicemails that I never get* Because as soon as I turn down visual voicemail it tells me that if I don't give it those permissions it's closing voicemail and it does just that again I pay you for voicemail it's part of my service what have I got to do to get voice mail to work I want the visual voicemail turned off that is the stupidest thing that they have ever invented and modern technology involving Communication. It's a voicemail I want to hear their voice even if I wanted the stupid SMS messages from my voicemail instead it does not work it's never right I can never even comprehend in most cases even who the call is from.
