In June [redacted], I purchased a Boost starter card for 5G service over three months. I attempted to connect my iPhone 6s to Boost Mobile to transfer my Xfinity number. Despite spending 4 hours on June 13, [redacted], with multiple customer service representatives who could not assist me, my credit card information was still taken. I was informed that my phone was not compatible with Boost, so no account was activated. The SIM card with ICC ID [redacted][redacted]41F remains unused. Despite assurances of no further charges, I was billed on 9/18/23 for a non-existent service. I disputed this charge with my bank. Attempts to contact Boost Mobile through the website and chats were futile as I never received any account details. I seek to revoke any authorization for recurring payments, delete all my data from Boost Mobile's records, and close the non-existent account. Your assistance is appreciated.

I would like to discuss my experience from last month regarding issues with my insurance coverage. A Boost employee informed me I had insurance for several months, but when I needed to use it due to my device being stolen, I was told they had forgotten to charge me for insurance at the start of my contract. Three days ago, I received an email from Boost Mobile confirming the approval of my ACP application. The email mentioned that I would receive a follow-up email within the next day or two regarding the shipping of my SIM Card, along with installation and activation instructions. Unfortunately, I have not received the follow-up email as promised. The [redacted] customer service representative advised me to reapply or visit a Boost store, but the store instructed me to call the [redacted] number. It seems to be an endless cycle with no resolution in sight.

I was using my phone as usual when suddenly I lost signal. I tried to make a call or send a text but couldn't due to a message saying my mobile data was off. I don't understand why this happened. I even turned it off and on again but still, only emergency calls were allowed. A friend received a text from my number that I didn't send. I'm unsure what's going on but I can't reach Boost Mobile through [redacted] to speak with a representative.

I purchased a new phone on September 1, [redacted], but have been unable to activate it since then. Despite visiting the store four times and contacting customer service daily, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I received two different SIM cards, spoke with several supervisors, and was given a credit for this month, but my phone still has no service. I was informed that I cannot exchange or return the phone, nor can I get a refund. I am unsure of my available options. Ideally, I would like to return the phone, receive a refund for the device and service, and put this frustrating experience behind me.

I have been trying to pay my boost bill for the past 2 to 3 months, but I cannot get my bank account number to go through. I've been using the same account for years. I even tried using my daughter's card from a different bank, but it doesn't work either. My bank card was stolen in December, and my daughter's wallet was stolen in July. Is there a way to change my account number to resolve this issue? I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I bank with an online financial institution named "Current", similar to Chime. Recently, I switched my phone service from Tracfone to Boost mobile while keeping the same number. However, when I try to log into my Current account using my phone number, I receive a message stating "Your mobile carrier is not supported." Current mentioned the issue is related to Boost mobile, not them. Unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot, but I wanted to share this experience with the community.

My daughter's phone was disconnected because the billing date was changed. She is handicapped and urgently needs her services reinstated. The payment has always been due on the first of the month since we got the phone from Boost Mobile. Even though I paid it on September 29th this time because her disability funds arrived early, her phone is still suspended. Please assist with restoring her phone since I will have to take two days off work to stay home with her.

I have not had service for over 2 weeks on my iPhone 7. Boost Mobile changed the device on my account, but the ICCID and IMEI numbers are incorrect. Despite several attempts, customer service has been unable to update them with the correct numbers. I keep being told to wait a few days and call back, but the issue remains unresolved. This mistake has caused me to lose thousands of dollars in business revenue due to the prolonged service disruption.
