  6. A PRL update willstart and after it is done, click ‘OK' and the device should power down and restart again automatically
  7. The firm should also seek any firmware upgrades once it restarts
  8. Go to ‘Settigs' and click ‘Personal Information.'
  9. Select the field(s) you want to change and clcik ‘Done' when you are finished.

For Apple iPhone

  1. Tap the phone icon found on the device's home screen.
  2. Dial ##873273#
  3. Tap ‘Call'
  4. Tap'OK' to initiate the service update
  5. Once the service update is complete
  6. Go to ‘Settings' and tap ‘Personal Information'
  7. Make any changes you want and click ‘Done' when you are finished.
