Boost Mobile is a telecommunications brand operated by Boost Worldwide, Inc. it allows you to downgrade your package whenever you want. If you aren't certain of the plan you are on, log in to My Account. It is a self-serving tool that makes it possible for you to manage your account. Aside from managing your package, you can add money to your account, check your account balance, and add a debit/credit card. Every Boost Mobile phone has its own account.

Changing Your Boost Mobile Plan

There are three options to change your plan. You can change it on the app, on the phone, or online

Changing It Online

1. Log into your account

2. Click on the option 'My Account;

3. Use your PIN and phone number to log in

4. Click on the option 'Change plan or Add-ons'

5. Use the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Changing It On the Phone

1. Call the IVR

2. Dial 611 and choose the option to change/restart your plan

Changing it On the App

1. Open the app and click 'Manage my services'

2. Click 'Change my plans or Add-ons'

3. Use the on-screen prompts to change your plan

4. Enjoy your new plan

Contact the Service Team

You may contact the My Boost Mobile customer service team and ask to downgrade your package. The support agents will guide you through the process. Even though there are plenty of ways to reach the customer support agents, reaching them on the phone is the best option.

Canceling My Boost Mobile Service

Another option is to cancel your service and get a different one later. This should be a last resort if everything else fails.
