Enter your phone number or email address, and click Continue. Then enter your password to log in to your account.
On the app, tap on View Details on the line you wish to upgrade.
To browse available devices for your Boost Mobile upgrade, tap Shop Phones. Review the selection of phones offered by Boost Mobile and compare their features, specifications, and pricing before choosing the device you'd like to upgrade to.
If you're happy with the phone's features and pricing, simply click on Upgrade Device. Do you intend to also keep your old phone? You will be required to pay any remaining balance associated with your current device. Additionally, iPhone users enrolled in Boost Protect with AppleCare Services will need to purchase a new protection plan for their upgraded phone. You can add this coverage during the checkout process.
You can also upgrade your Boost Mobile phone via the website. To do this, check out the next steps below.
You'll need to sign back in to your account on the website. Once logged in, go to My Lines.
To check which phones you can get for the upgrade, click Shop Upgrades. Boost Mobile will display all available devices, including their features, pricing, and other offers. Take your time in comparing options before finalizing your upgrade.
For customers who want to trade in their old phone for a new one, keep in mind that you'll need to ship your current device to Boost Mobile first for evaluation. Once the device is received, Boost Mobile will assess its condition and send you the results by email. Trade-in evaluations are typically completed within five business days.
Boost Mobile generally classifies trade-in devices into three categories: Good Condition, Minor Damage, and Major Damage. The trade-in value you receive will depend on the condition of your device. If your phone qualifies for trade-in, the approved value may be applied toward the cost of your new device, reducing the amount you'll need to pay for your upgrade.
After upgrading your Boost Mobile device, the next step is to activate your new phone. Start by turning on the device and following the on-screen instructions to transfer your data from your old phone. Make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi network during the setup process. Once your phone is set up, sign in to the Boost Mobile app and navigate to Settings. Select Device Setup, tap Manage, and then choose Change Phone. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the activation. If you experience any issues upgrading, setting up, or activating your new Boost Mobile phone, contact Customer Support today.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
