Like to transfer Metro service to a new phone

To transfer your Metro service to a new phone, you will first need to purchase and/or have a MetroPCS compatible phone ready. If the phone isn't already activated, you will need to do so. Next, you need to visit the official Metro by T-Mobile website. Log in to your account and choose the 'Upgrade Device' option. Follow the prompts to link your new device to your existing account. Make sure to have all of your account information, as well as details about your new phone, ready. Remember to back up any important data before you begin the process, as this might not move over in the switch.

I was over charged 2 months ago and was supposed to recieve a refund and have not received it yet

REACTIVATE MY PHONE THAT WAS LOST

I bought a bring your own phone from walmart and I activated it and my phone is saying no sim card

It sounds like your phone may not detect the SIM card you used to activate it. Make sure your phone is unlocked and compatible with the Metro PCS network. The SIM card could be improperly inserted or the card reader could be malfunctioning. Try removing the card and placing it back in its slot.
