I have contacted Metro representatives six times and spoken to six different representatives and one supervisor without any resolution. It seems like the representatives are not helpful and might not like dealing with American customers. I am frustrated because I have no service bars on my phone and it keeps showing "no data." I couldn't even pay my bill yesterday due to this issue. Despite having unlimited data, it keeps displaying this error. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the customer service experience. I would not recommend this phone company even if it was free. The level of customer service provided is not worth the cost. I am very frustrated and it's not a laughing matter.

I paid my $30 bill at a metro store. I suspect my phone was hacked as I received unfamiliar calls lately. Despite having a setting that allows only contacts to call me, my phone rang from unknown numbers. After settling my bill, my service got suspended. They claim I upgraded my phone last month and seek $16 for it. However, I did not upgrade anything. I am frustrated as they demand more money without explanation. I contacted BBB as this feels like a violation of my rights. I rely on texting for work, and this situation is hindering me. I need to resolve this and speak to someone promptly about these unjust charges before taking legal action.

My MetroPCS line got suspended unexpectedly for payment before the due date of 11/20. Despite trying to resolve it over the phone, they insisted on in-store cash payment only. Unfortunately, I am currently hospitalized and physically unable to make the payment as required. My bill is not late, and I'm facing limitations due to my disability and hospitalization. The single solution provided by MetroPCS does not accommodate my situation.

I was looking to purchase a Metro phone for $40 as part of a promotion for a new Samsung AA14 5G. However, my monthly bill unexpectedly went over $[redacted]. While eating at a Wendy's inside a truck stop, I accidentally dropped my phone in the restroom. When I tried to retrieve it, the phone was taken before I could reach it. I inquired with both the truck stop and Wendy's about camera footage to identify the culprit, but none was available. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, leaving me without it.

I'm experiencing an issue with my PCS Metro Motorola 5G Stylus phone. Whenever I try to make a call, a pop-up appears stating that the microphone needs to be connected to the phone. I have verified in the settings that the microphone is connected. The message I'm sending you includes a copy of the pop-up.
