In a new browser tab, type www.metrobyt-mobile.com into the address bar, and press Return.
On the Metro by T-Mobile homepage, you now need to navigate to the coverage map. Hover over Coverage, which is located at the center of the top menu, and select 5G & 4G coverage map from the dropdown menu.
The new page features a map of the United States. To hone in on your local area, use your computer's Location feature. Click the target icon found to the left of the search bar. You will need to give permission for the Metro by T-Mobile website to access your computer's current location.
Alternatively, click in the search bar and enter your address or ZIP code. As you start typing, matching addresses will appear in a dropdown list. Either select your location from the list or enter the full address/ZIP code and click the magnifying glass icon.
The map will zoom in to your chosen area, allowing you to see which Metro service is available. Zoom in closer to your actual location or expand the viewable area using the + and - symbols in the top-right corner.

Hover over Plans in the top-left corner. From the dropdown list, select Home Internet plans.
Scroll down the page until you see Check availability, then click it.
Metro 5G home internet eligibility depends on the network availability and capacity in your location.
Enter your phone number and address in the relevant fields, and click Check Availability. You will then be informed whether your address is eligible for the Metro by T-Mobile 5G home internet service.
Metro by T-Mobile makes it easy for potential and existing customers to check if their area has mobile service coverage. Simply head to the website, enter your address, and you'll see the service coverage map for your home and/or work locations.
