When you get a new Cricket Wireless phone, you want to use it as quickly as possible. You can call Cricket Wireless for assistance with activation, activate your new phone online or use Breeze-Thru to activate your phone. New phones/plans may also automatically activate eight days from the shipping date to make using it quick and convenient.

To activate a replacement phone with an eSIM card, ensure your new phone is compatible with eSIM technology. Follow the instructions provided by Cricket Wireless for eSIM activation, which typically involves scanning a QR code or entering activation details in your phone's settings. Usually, you can find the eSIM options in the settings menu under Mobile Network or Cellular. Once activated, your new phone should be ready to use with your existing Cricket account.

The next available phone in the Samsung A series that is compatible after the A53 is the Samsung Galaxy A54.

To change your personal PIN number, log into your Cricket Wireless account online or through the Cricket app. Navigate to the account settings or security section, where you should find an option to update your PIN. Follow the prompts to enter your new PIN, ensuring it meets any specified security requirements. Once you’ve saved the changes, your new PIN will be active.

To log in to your Cricket account, visit the Cricket Wireless website or open the Cricket app. Click on the "Log in" option and enter your email or phone number, along with your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot password?" link to reset it. After entering your details, click "Log in" to access your account.
