This is my third attempt to contact you today. My phone is not functioning properly; it's not transferring photos to Google Photos and I am unable to play short videos on it. Whenever I try to watch videos, I have to manually copy and paste the web address to view them on my desktop. Whenever I check the network and internet settings, it shows that the WiFi is not connected. This issue has occurred multiple times. During my previous call, the representative named Nour from Egypt abruptly ended the call. Additionally, I encountered issues with the on-hold system as it disconnected me while I struggled to press the requested button fast enough due to my disability. I urgently need assistance.

I am currently in Texas visiting friends and have been experiencing poor service with my Cricket phone compared to my friends' AT&T phones. After numerous troubleshooting attempts with Cricket customer service, they suggest it may be an issue with my phone. Due to financial constraints on a fixed income, I am unable to afford a new phone. Despite being told my phone is under warranty and eligible for an upgrade, when trying to file a claim, I was informed that my phone is not eligible. The representative acknowledged there have been known issues with this phone model. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Cricket in the past and am seeking some form of compensation to purchase a new phone. I am open to switching companies if necessary. Thank you for any assistance.

Last year, my phone unexpectedly stopped working, but strangely began working again after I bought a new one. Just yesterday, my phone wouldn't turn on, despite using it the night before. I visited the cricket store, spent $[redacted].00 on a new phone, only to find my old phone miraculously working once I got back home. This has happened twice in two years! I believe a refund of $[redacted].00 is warranted in this situation. If not, I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and the District Attorney of Santa Cruz, California.

I have been a loyal Cricket customer for a long time. Recently, I encountered a situation where I was being overcharged. Even though a Cricket representative acknowledged the overcharge, they were unable to resolve the issue. Furthermore, they declined my request to be connected to someone in the United States, which goes against US law.
Kindly reach out to me today using the number provided above. If this matter is resolved promptly and fairly, I intend to continue being a loyal customer. Thank you.

I recently bought a Cricket Icon 4 phone a few weeks back. Since day one, I've encountered problems with the UI being sluggish and apps constantly crashing. Today, the situation has escalated to the point where most apps are crashing immediately upon opening. Moreover, the keyboard fails to pop up when I tap on a text box. I am extremely dissatisfied and even though Cricket offers cost-effective service and phones, it's pointless if my phone is unusable.

Hello, today I went to buy a new cellphone at the store in Rochester, Minnesota. I paid for a cellphone that includes a screen protector, a case, and some earbuds. When I opened the earbuds box, there was only a cable and some plastic ear tips. I went back to the store and explained that it was empty. The store employee said there was nothing they could do. My concern is paying for something that wasn't in the box. What can I do? Where else can I file a report?

Hello, my name is Marcus Goff Jones. I have been a long-time Cricket customer. Recently, I purchased two additional phones for former clients, as I am a licensed social worker. I am now retired and facing health challenges. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties cancelling all three phone services. My attempts to reach out via phone have been in vain, as I have not been able to connect with the right person to assist me. I even visited the Cricket office in Roanoke, where I was met with disrespect. I urgently need to cancel these services. If you can help, please contact me promptly at [redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased a Cricket phone from a private seller through a friend, but the phone is not currently active. I don't have an account with Cricket, nor do I have the contact information of the person I bought it from. I am seeking assistance in unlocking the phone to use it with a different carrier without the necessity of creating a Cricket account or having it active for 6 months. How can I proceed with unlocking the phone under these circumstances?

I had a concerning experience at the Prescott AZ office. I witnessed my Uncle struggling to pay his bill due to an incorrect PIN entry. The employee's response was unhelpful and almost led to us switching companies. Thankfully, I was able to assist my Uncle in paying the bill. I believe the employee should have suggested resetting the PIN instead of dismissing the payment. As a business major with a doctorate, I urge you to provide better consumer service training company-wide. If this issue is not addressed, I will take further action. I recommend sending my Uncle a letter regarding the steps taken to rectify this situation. His phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I visited the Prescott AZ office, and there was only one employee working. My uncle visited to pay his bill but encountered an issue with his PIN. The employee's response was unhelpful, making my uncle consider switching companies. Eventually, I helped my uncle pay his bill, saving the situation. Nonetheless, the employee's behavior almost led to us leaving the company. It would be appropriate for him to have assisted in resetting the PIN given that my uncle had his ID and card. This incident needs to be addressed company-wide for better consumer service. If the employee is not disciplined, my entire family, with ** cell phones and * hot spots, will consider leaving. I have expertise in business with a doctorate and can escalate this on social media if not addressed. I suggest sending my uncle, Daniel M., a letter outlining actions taken.

I purchased a Wi-Fi hotspot box from Cricket which included a SIM card, but I struggled to get it working. Since then, I've been using it as a backup in case something happens to my phone. Recently, my new phone's screen broke, and I need to file another insurance claim. To stay connected, I've been using my phone's SIM card in the hotspot box to work on my laptop. However, I noticed yesterday that I stopped receiving messages on the hotspot box even though my bill is paid. Can anyone help me figure out why I can no longer receive messages through the hotspot box?

I paid my bill earlier today, and I received a text message stating that I owe $30 by 11:59 PM today. This was 8 hours ago, and they deactivated my account at 1:58 AM. When I checked my Cricket account, it shows I need to pay $60, but I have a $30 credit. I am in the first month of my affordable connectivity plan, for which I paid the full $68 at the start, but it should be $30. I even received a text saying my Cricket account balance is -$30. It seems like I'm being scammed, being asked to pay a reactivation fee and the full service cost, which I can't afford, which is the reason I applied and was approved in the first place. It's frustrating that Cricket has not resolved this issue despite it being ongoing for at least five years. If I don't get a refund or my service reinstated, I intend to take legal action against Cricket to hold them accountable.
