I have insurance on my phone and recieved a replacement a few days after I filed a claim for a lost phone. There was no Sim card with the replacement phone. I called boost and they said they would send me one in a few days. That was Tuesday ****. It's **** and I still can't use my phone because the Sim never came. It's upsetting that I haven't had phone seevice for over a week now and they don't seem to really care to help me when I call customer service.

There was no way to fix it, I just had to wait until they sent it. It ended up being delayed both times because of the weekend. The insurance company really dropped the ball when they sent a phone with no sim card then boost taking * days to send a sim card was really stressfull, they refused to overnight ship me one. I'm glad that it's over but I really regret doing business with boost. Btw they credited my account with ** for ** days without service lol. If you have a similar issue make sire you ask them to give you a discount on your next bill.
