Signal is not working. Been hung up on at Verizon support numerous times. Charlie from online definitely ignored my pleas for help. Corporate received my message but no response and Twitter isn't accessible for me at moment

Go online and contact my mother via messaging app and tell her I love her and hope to see her before she passed away. Doctors have given her little to no hope to survive and I am out of town and can't see her alive * more time via Skype or anything cause my service is not cooperating ... Failed signal on phone. Please help fix it
I love her and miss her and want to say goodbye and I have now. But, I need to rely on better service and I have only had * issues that I've complained about in the years I've been with Verizon. This has got me thinking AT & T might be the switch I need as I see many heading that way.
Fix the connection or walk me thru it. I have tower specs and am within tower limits cause I'm starting at tower just outside of tower fence area. Am I suppose to jump the fence to get it to work? Am I too far away?
I've been with Verizon for * plus years and pay over ** dollars a month and have been pleased up til now. I'm a good customer cause I follow through with my end of this plan I'm currently on. So I ask you Verizon why are you a good service provider? Signal strength should not be your answer.
