I am having an ongoing problem with an install at my local Best Buy. This issue has been proceeding for almost * months now and I am really pissed off at this point!*On Black Friday I bought a Kenwood stereo for my truck and decided to take advantage of your free install. Before I left with my purchase, I scheduled my install and the parts were ordered.*When I came back for my install, they took my stereo apart before they realized they had the wrong parts. They put everything back, ordered the new parts and sent me home.
