If you purchased an item from Best Buy, one of the fastest ways to return it is to take it directly to a Best Buy store. You may also be able to return eligible items purchased from a Best Buy Marketplace Seller at a Best Buy store. Best Buy will process the return and forward the item to the Marketplace Seller on your behalf.
Use Best Buy's Store Locator to find the nearest store. Simply enter your ZIP code or city and click Update, or select Use My Current Location to view nearby stores. To help speed up the return process, bring your receipt and the credit or debit card used for the purchase. If your order included a packing slip, it's a good idea to bring that as well.
