For items returned via mail, Best Buy will process the return in 7-10 business days. If you used a gift card when paying for the item, the refund amount is credited to the gift card. Customers who no longer have the gift card need to call Customer Support for a replacement. Those who paid more than $250 by debit card or check, or $800 in cash will get their refund within 10 days.
