The easiest way to track your Best Buy Return is to log in to your online account. Open a new browser window, type www.bestbuy.com into the address bar, and hit Return.
Once on the Best Buy homepage, click Account Sign in in the top-right corner. This will open up a dropdown menu. Click Sign in.
You now need to log in to your Best Buy account. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue.
Alternatively, you can sign in using Google, Apple, or a Passkey if you have previously set one up.
You can now choose how to sign in to your account.
