If your Target order is damaged or never arrived at all, you probably want to report the problem to someone who can do something about it. If you placed your order with a particular Target location, talk to the manager there. If you placed your order with Target online, call one of the company's customer service representatives. If Target says that the problem is not their fault, make the report to the shipping company.

To check your Target gift card balance, go to the gift cards page on Target and scroll to Target GiftCards Help section. Click Check your Balance and enter the gift card number and access number. Both numbers are found on the back of the card. Simply remove the metallic strip on the back of the card to get the numbers or log in to your account.

To file a complaint with Target, visit their website or call their hotline. Non-shopping related complaints can be directed to specific departments using the contact information provided.

Making your purchases online is much easier than having to get out and face traffic, plus you don't have to get dressed. The only difference is waiting for your orders to arrive. Target makes this easier through either the website or the app. Plus you have the option of going through the delivery service carrying your package in order to receive updates and even make changes to your delivery, and sometimes for a fee.

To update your email address and phone number on your Target account, log into your account on the Target website or app. Navigate to the account settings or profile section. From there, you can modify your personal information, including your email and phone number. Be sure to save any changes you make.
