I am having difficulty setting up online account access to pay my bill. I provided my email, first and last name, telephone number, and password, but I can't log in as my information isn't being recognized. Whenever I try to pay over the phone, I'm asked for my account/credit card number, last four digits of my social security number, and sometimes my birthdate. I value security, but I'm frustrated by the lack of human support available. My email and phone number are linked to my credit card, so why can't the system identify me as a current cardholder? I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your children's books targeted at twelve-year-olds discussing sex. The images and content are highly inappropriate. I sincerely hope these books and your rainbow transgender clothing for children do not attract any sales or promotion. I will definitely refrain from making any future purchases at your stores. It is disappointing to witness your promotion of such material to the public. The content in these books cannot be considered educational, they seem more like pornography. Cloudflare does not recognize my location in America, please turn off the America firewall. I am connected with a BT hub and not linked with Cloudflare. Please turn off VPN, encryption, and Android settings encryption. I prefer public DNS only, not including Cloudflare. Thank you.

I have been purchasing a particular ice cream product that I enjoy, but unfortunately, it is not stocked in the frozen section at my local Target store. The brand of ice cream, So Delicious (Wondermilk) in the flavor Butter Pecan, is one that my family truly loves. We spend approximately $60.00 each month on ice cream products alone. While I can find this specific ice cream at a nearby Publix, I would greatly appreciate it if Target could also carry this product. Hi, I'm seeking assistance regarding an issue with a Motorola phone purchased at Target. I found the phone to be of low quality and returned it on the 15th day, although the receipt specified the 14th day for returns. Hello, I am inquiring about the availability of Halloween products. I visited my local Target yesterday and was surprised to find that the Hyde and Eek Halloween boutique items were no longer in stock. When I tried to order online, they were also unavailable. With Halloween just over a week away, I am perplexed. Could you please confirm if they are sold out? I am disappointed that I might have to wait until next year to purchase these items as I had been eagerly anticipating getting some and did not expect them to be out of stock so quickly. Good afternoon, I am writing to inquire about the availability of a specific toy featured on page 45 of your holiday catalog. Despite not being able to find it in my local area, I've noticed it being sold on eBay for twice the price. After reaching out to customer service chat, I was informed that the item is out of stock. I am puzzled as to why a catalog would showcase items that are not accessible, especially in my region. I have been unable to access my Target account for over two months. My account was locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts, and despite trying the "Forgot My Password" link, I have not received the reset code via email or phone. Customer Service suggested calling, but even after multiple attempts and assurances of manual email sending, I never received the code. This has been frustrating as I am a loyal Target customer who relies on the app for online ordering. I attempted to create a new account, but my phone number is linked to the locked account. I hope to regain access to my original account to continue shopping at Target.

While at the Parma, Ohio Target Store today, I began my early Christmas shopping for my grandchildren. Shopping both online and in-store at Target is something I do often. I noticed signs offering 25% off on toys and 30% off on selected clothing. Despite being 66 years old, I am comfortable with technology and had a fellow shopper help me download the Target App on my phone. However, I mistakenly entered the wrong password and was locked out of the app. Resetting the password required access to my email, which I didn't have on my phone. An employee tried to assist me, but we couldn't get the app to work. When I requested a Manager, hoping they could check me out and honor the discounts, I was met with a lack of understanding and felt a sense of age discrimination from the Manager named Alexis. I remained calm throughout the situation but found the Manager's communication to be disrespectful. I reached out to the complaint hotline, and despite a $10 gift card offer, I insisted on a follow-up, which was denied. Such behavior, especially from a Manager in a time where businesses are struggling, is simply unacceptable.

I wanted to inform the store, albeit unconventionally, that I am unwell. I was absent on Wednesday due to my spouse's medical procedures. The following day, Thursday, I called in again because of complications. Yesterday, Friday, I tried to reach the team leaders without success. I regret to inform you that I missed an online payment for my Red Card due to not receiving the statement while I was away.
