On June 22, [redacted], at the Target located at [redacted] San Filipe St, Houston, Texas, I experienced an upsetting incident where an employee publicly accused me of theft. Despite showing that I had scanned and paid for all my items, the employee forcefully took my bag, alleging that I had not scanned certain products. Feeling humiliated, I left the store in tears after clarifying the situation and waiting for my friend at the checkout. Despite being promised a follow-up call from a manager, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the issue. I am troubled by this experience and believe that the employee should be held accountable for their false accusations.

I purchased an Apple Watch expecting it on March 28, but it never arrived. After contacting Target, they informed me there was no tracking number, so they issued a refund and sold me another one at the same price. The new watch was sent and reached my building on April 12, which I collected on the 13th. The box was scratched and the seal was broken. Upon opening it, I discovered the watch was missing. I contacted Target, provided photos as requested, but customer service informed me they couldn't assist. I spent $[redacted] on the Apple Watch.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner on April 14th, and though it keeps promising delivery, the date has passed. The tracking information shows it will be delivered yesterday. I attempted to cancel and get a refund, but was told I must wait for the package to return for a refund. This situation is frustrating as I already paid for it and do not wish to reorder.

I require assistance with placing an online order. I have set up an account and added items to my cart, but I am unsure where to input the shipping address and my credit card details. Despite reaching the "sign in and check out" stage, I am hesitant due to the absence of this key information. I aim to prevent the gift items from being delivered to me.
Could someone please provide the customer service contact number to guide me through this ordering process? Additionally, kindly specify the hours of operation for this helpline.

Fellow Forum Members,
I am proposing that major retail companies join forces to tackle the issue of theft that is causing them substantial financial losses each year. By holding State, City, and Local Governments accountable for not enforcing theft laws, companies can seek reimbursement for all their losses. I suggest implementing a system where the increase in merchandise value leads to a felony charge, with each theft occurrence counted towards this upgrade, irrespective of whether minors or multiple individuals are involved. This approach aims to address the escalating problem of theft that adversely affects both companies and their employees. Let's consider this idea for potential solutions.

I made a purchase and paid with a valid credit card for an item to be picked up at the Lawrence, NY Bay Harbor shopping mall today. However, upon arrival, they were unaware of my order, which was mistakenly set for pick-up in Florida. Luckily, the Lawrence store had the item, so I bought it there instead.
I kindly request a full refund for the purchase made under Order # [redacted][redacted]. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
A. Wertheim

I've visited Valley Creek Plaza Target five times in the last six weeks specifically to purchase CoverGirl Perfect Point Eyeliner in charcoal gray. However, during these visits, there have been no charcoal gray eyeliners available. The store seems to consistently stock two rows of black eyeliners, a color that doesn't sell as much. It's frustrating to find the product I need consistently out of stock, especially considering the difficulty I have with walking. I've been a loyal customer since the store opened, but this ongoing issue might lead me to reconsider shopping here in the future.

I purchased a TV cabinet from the website and initially pleased. However, during the installation, I discovered that the last two part's door sizes were incorrect despite the instructions indicating they were the same. I tried to request a replacement, but the process requires sending back the item. Since I had already opened the packaging and installed most of it, only the final two doors remained, making a return difficult. The item was already partially assembled making the incorrect part noticeable only at the end of the process, and I'm hesitant to proceed with a chargeback given it could impact any potential future sales.

I reside in California but work for a small college in the Midwest during the academic year. Part of my responsibilities includes purchasing supplies and food for various college buildings. Previously, I have been a loyal Target customer, spending an average of $1K-$1,[redacted] per month for work and personal shopping needs. However, upon learning about Target's president, Mr. Cornell's views on Diversity and Inclusion, particularly regarding swimsuits for children, I have decided to stop supporting Target. Despite Target's previous reputation as a great store, this decision has made me lose faith in their values. Mr. Cornell's actions are disappointing, and I will be sharing my concerns with friends and colleagues. Target's new direction does not align with my beliefs, and I will no longer be shopping there.

I would like to share my frustration regarding your decision to allocate a section of your stores to the LGBTQ+ community. It appears that this decision was made at the expense of the majority of your customer base. How can I explain a "Tuckit Bathing Suit" to my grandson? This move feels inappropriate. It is essential to consider the repercussions of such actions, as seen in past incidents like the Bud Light controversy. Many customers are observing how companies handle these situations. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere for now, perhaps considering Walmart as an alternative. Rest assured, my circle of friends is also paying attention to this matter. Thank you, Peter G. R.

Dear Target,
I am extremely upset about the LGBTQ merchandise at the Cranberry Township PA store. I find it offensive and shocking! Despite calling several times today, the store did not answer the phone. Please remove the merchandise immediately. It is inappropriate and goes against morals. Trying to hide it in the back is not fooling anyone. Either remove it all or I will no longer be shopping at Target.

Boycotting Target!
I was shocked to see the gay department, especially in the infant section with the "I was born that way"... I turned around and walked out!
In the past, gay people shopped without all this commotion happening... why are they promoting this for infants?
Now they want babies to believe they're gay?
Moving them to the middle of the store won't solve anything... NOT...
They should be moved out the door, not to the middle of the store...
It seems like chaos is ruling the store!!

I am extremely disappointed in the direction Target is heading. The promotion of what I consider immoral values is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but I must now part ways with Target due to the recent changes in your policies. The introduction of gender-neutral dressing rooms and the extensive display of PRIDE merchandise goes against my beliefs. While I respect everyone's right to their own identity, I cannot support the promotion of ideas that I deem harmful.
I used to appreciate Target for its competitive pricing and convenience, but I can no longer ignore the blatant display of what I perceive as satanic symbolism in your merchandise. I will now put in the extra effort to shop elsewhere, even if it means paying more, to support businesses that align with my values.
As of today, I will no longer be shopping at Target, and I will make sure to share my concerns with others. I would appreciate a response or explanation regarding these recent changes.

I am unsure if this is the appropriate place to share, but I have always considered Target my favorite store in the USA. Despite being Canadian, I consistently spend a significant amount at Target annually. I am deeply disappointed in Target for yielding to pressure over their pride month merchandise. Instead of employing additional security, they caved to a group of individuals who may continue such behavior in other places. Even though I am not part of the LGBTQ+ community, I believe they deserve support, not a billion-dollar company succumbing to a few bullies. It is disheartening to see Target handle this situation this way; they are no longer my preferred store.

Regarding Traditional Marriage:
Is a gardener considered hateful or afraid of weeds or insects when he uses sprays in his garden to protect his crops from pests? Absolutely not. It's a matter of careful planning because he values his produce. Similarly, advocating for traditional marriage between a man and a woman and rejecting same-sex marriage (supported by 1 Corinthians 6:11) is not about homophobia or intolerance, but about love and preparing for the future. While individuals in LGBTQ+ relationships may find enjoyment, these relationships don't constitute genuine marriage but are unsatisfactory imitations that shouldn't be accepted. Treating all individuals with respect is important. The real concern lies in selfish, deceitful people not being granted additional legal privileges or undermining the sanctity of marriage, conception, and birth. These three stages are essential for the perpetuation of society for future generations. God has set a "Path of Life" (Psalm 16:11) including normal marriage, conception, and birth, crucial for the continuation of life and protection of vulnerable beings. It's crucial, according to the Bible, for those aspiring to everlasting paradise to cleanse their hearts from sinful desires, including those associated with homosexuality. Engaging with Acts 2:38, Romans 1:16-17, 1 Corinthians 6:11, and Galatians 5:16-21 can shed light on this truth. Personally, I experienced a transformative rebirth on October 11, [redacted], freeing me from addictions and filling my heart with divine love and purity. The Bible remains a beacon of truth. Your thoughts are welcomed.

I purchased three $[redacted] Apple gift cards at Target, but two turned out to be defective. I visited the store with the cards and receipts the next day to exchange them, but they refused. I spoke with a manager, but they were unhelpful. I contacted Apple, who informed me that Target sold me voided cards. It's disappointing that a large corporation like Target is negligent in their service. As a senior, $[redacted] is significant to me. I plan to report this to AARP to expose Target's fraudulent practices. I simply want Target to exchange the cards or refund my money as I approached the purchase in good faith.

I have tried contacting various Target phone numbers without success in getting assistance. The automated system has been directing me in circles without connecting me to a live person. I am attempting to obtain a new retiree employee discount card. Despite reaching out to HR, they have not been able to assist me with this matter. The customer service experience has been frustrating. Any guidance or a direct number to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

I purchased an Apple gift card and attempted to redeem it, but it showed no balance. I went to the store, but they weren't able to assist and instructed me to contact Apple support. After reaching out to Apple support, they advised me to return to Target as the card may not have been activated. Unfortunately, Target did not check the card for activation. I'm unsure of what steps to take next. I feel upset as a single mother of four, especially since the $[redacted] gift card was meant for my son's birthday. Hello, I recently made an online mirror purchase, but unfortunately, it arrived with missing parts. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was informed that it might take some time to hear back from the manufacturer, which seemed to be my only recourse. However, as I sought more information and requested an email outlining the details for my records, the representative's demeanor turned disrespectful and unhelpful, ultimately disconnecting the call after claiming to have addressed all my inquiries. I am now left with unresolved issues and uncertainties regarding the next steps. I am hopeful that someone can review the conversation and reach out to me for further discussion. The call transpired at 8:15 AM on Wednesday, July 5. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Target may be risking losing a significant portion of its customers due to recent decisions that have alienated many Republican and Conservative shoppers. Some customers feel that the store's actions, such as not carrying books by conservative authors like Mark Levin and promoting Pride/Trans clothing for young children, are divisive and have led them to reconsider shopping at Target. While the store was once a preferred shopping destination, these policy choices have caused a shift in customer loyalty.
