I ordered a tv on nov **rd using my Best Buy credit card. I scheduled the delivery date for nov **th which was the day I came home from work. They told me the tv wasn’t ready so I ended up going to my local Best Buy nov **th and buying the same tv using my Best Buy credit card. I was informed that I couldn’t cancel my previous order and that I would have to return the previous tv once it was delivered. I’ve never recieved or heard any news of that tv yet.
GetHuman1685382 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
