Low functioning of my SAMSUNG* Verizon phone. Got tech help from VERIZON on Thurs. Told to get a new sim card. Did that. Now having issues w*VM, sending photos, etc. Think store tech not good.*Can you help?

After ** min. waiting for your intervention, I resorted to texting w* Verizon for at least * ***hrs. By the end they were asking me to uninstall my sim card, while being careful not to destroy it. Beyond frustrated, I pulled the plug on that and went to my local store, (that is not an official store). They were patient and persistent, eventually resolving the issues with another, free, sim card. And lots of coaching and patience. It works now. (I had to speak w* my ISP provider, too. Fortunately they, too, are local and spoke w* me, in person).*I wouldn't recommend the online ordeal-- texting, and not talkng, is very slow and not necessarily successful. And Verizon doesn't seem to support phone (talking) tech support any longer.
