If you are having a service issue you should restart your device then turn it back on. If that does not help you should try call Verizon using another phone or device to report the issue.

My iPhone (*) is not connecting to the Verizon Network. It will intermittently connect when I rest the network settings, but will eventually drop again. **Turning the phone on * off does not make a difference.
GetHuman-seanree did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
