I ordered a TV and a cord for the TV. I clicked ship to my billing address. The cord came but the TV was sent to a house I moved from almost * years ago. I have no understanding why. I have tried this chat and the customer service number and I have yet to get a response. The phone number eventually hangs up on me after waiting on hold. Sometimes it offers to call me back after a period of time and no one calls back. I need Best Buy to resolve this or I have no choice but to dispute the charges on my credit card.
